Best Displays & Graphics is only interested in providing you and your company with the best display solutions. In order to do this, we collect information you volunteer, either through our “Get A Free Quote” form or our customer survey.
We collect information in our “Get A Free Quote” form so that we can find out if your company has worked with us before, and therefore have the sales rep on your company’s account contact you to provide information as per your quote request. If your company has not worked with us, we pass your information along to the Best Displays sales rep best suited to assist you based on your request.
When you fill out a customer survey, we usually already have your information on file because we recently completed an order for you and your organization. The information we request in the customer survey allows us to understand where our strengths and weaknesses lie in regards to our customer service, product quality, and order process. If we receive negative feedback, we sometimes contact you to follow up and better understand the reason for your dissatisfaction.
When we collect your information, we store it in our CRM program, SageACT. We use this program to track sales leads and order history. Sales reps on your account have access to your information, and your email is added to our mailing list that keeps you up to date on new products, promotions, blog updates, and more. You have the option to unsubscribe from these emails at any time by simply clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email. We do not allow any third parties access to your information – all information collected remains with Best Displays & Graphics.
